Return and Exchange Policy

- Returning or exchanging a product is a right for all our customers, and it includes all products offered in our store.

- All products offered in our store are subject to the exchange and refund policy according to the terms and conditions stipulated on this page.

- Returns or exchanges may be made if the product is in its original condition upon purchase and packaged in its original packaging.

- Returns within three (3) days and replacements within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

- Please contact us via the Contact Us page or our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.

- Please take a photo and send the product with the city, address, and order number so that it can be replaced with another product in the event that the product is damaged or has a defect, or if it is not used as agreed.

- The amount will be refunded to the customer in full if the product received is completely different from the one presented on our website.

- We are not responsible for the customer's expectations regarding the use of the products that we have not mentioned on the product page on our website.

- We will deduct 30% or a minimum value of 25 dirhams if the customer does not want the product and it has no defects or problems mentioned.
